For vendors who opted for dropshipping and reselling, shipping fees will be shouldered by vendors. However, at the end of 30 days, we will total all shipping fees paid for by customer to our website and reimburse them to affected vendors.

You are not limited to any withdrawal requests. As long as funds are available in your account and have been cleared, you can request for a withdrawal and your payment will be deposited within 24 hours.

Once a withdrawal request is submitted, we will deposit your earnings to your bank account or Paypal within 24 hours.

Since we accept all seller types and validate each shop you open, we will require a valid ID and all certifications. If you are selling as an individual, we will list your shop as an individual seller. We advocate a risk-free selling which means you only ship your products once we have validated the order. Once the funds are in your account, you are required to create a sales invoice before remit payment via online baking. Details of fulfillment are further discussed in the contract when you sign up.

Once your shop is approved, click on “My shop” under your “My Account” page and click again on “Products List” to add your products.  You must upload a featured image, fill in the necessary form.

You can still cancel your order and we can refund your purchase if it is still in process, which means, your order has not yet been shipped. Refunds will be made within 1-2 days,

Returns and refund policies will depend on each vendor. You can view and read it on the profile page of the vendors. Normally, no exchange or return is allowed on opened, used, and hygienic products.
